尼日利亚中央银行（Central Bank of Nigeria，CBN）根据1958年尼日利亚中央银行法案成立，并于1959年7月1日开始运作。该银行主要维护国家外汇储备，促进货币稳定，提供良好的金融环境，是国家财务顾问。
